Policies and Disclaimers

I, the artist, will retain ownership of the original art. Before I sell the originals, I will offer the right to first purchase to you, the client. If you refuse or fail to respond within thirty (30) days of the offer, then I have the right to sell the original to a third party of my choosing.

I, the artist, have the right to show all art I create in my portfolio and on my sites.

Unless explicitly stated in a commercial contract, I, the artist, have the right to create and sell reproductions of my work.

If you, the Client, do not respond to emails or other messages within 30 days, I will cancel the commission. If payment has been made, then no refund will be given. If a commission slot has been reserved, it will be forfeited.

General Rules

• No sexual content
• No extreme violence
• No political content

I will only draw fanart under specific conditions and for certain types of commissions. Please contact me if you wish to have fanart created. This is not a guarantee.
